      We are inviting all our clients to make their next appointment before they leave the salon. By doing so, it supports you in getting pampered on a day and time that works best for your busy schedule. All appointments that require more than 1 hour to render will be requiring a credit card on file to hold the time slot. You will receive an email 3 days prior to your appointment. To avoid getting a phone call the day before your appointment you can click the green confirm now button in your email. You will also receive a courtesy text message 2 hours before your appointment.

      We know how busy life can get which is why we go above and beyond the confirmation reminders of most service offering businesses. Of course things come up so we ask if you must cancel please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a charge.  Here is our cancellation policy in which we will be fully enforcing immediately.
 
·        Appointments cancelled before 24 hour notice will not be charged.
·        Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of date we will be charged            50% of the Service(s) booked
·        Same day cancellations, No calls and No shows will be charged the            full service fee.
